Zentarai Labs began with a near-fatal moment. Founder Landon Little crashed a motorcycle on a Cebu road at night riding toward Moalboal. No street lights, no signage for a sharp turn, no warning. The road should not have been allowed to stay in that condition.
The insight: AI should be fixing urban-planning failures before they hurt people. That insight is the entire company.
Government technology usually starts top-down. Vendors sell software to officials and hope citizens accept whatever ships. We do the opposite.
The plan: citizens get a free safety app that is instantly useful. Mass adoption creates leverage with barangay captains, then municipal officials, then provincial, then national. Officials would become paying customers of the dashboard, and their data would make the citizen-side AI smarter. Network effects would compound on both sides.
