Zentarai Labs is a Florida-registered AI company with a team in the USA and Manila, building two complementary products. NovaGovAI is a dashboard for local government units, with CLUP checks and citizen reports tagged by type and barangay, with a response clock on each one (flagged at day 3, 5, 7 and 10), built behind a pilot login. It is pre-pilot: no LGU uses it yet. Nova Citizen is a free safety app: a live incident map for Metro Manila, with citizen reports next to USGS and PAGASA bulletins, plus safety guides.
The bet: get every Filipino using Nova daily, then convert the LGUs feeling political pressure from that adoption into paying NovaGovAI customers. The strategy is the trillion-dollar arc, going from the Philippines to Southeast Asia to global south cities to every government, everywhere.
Landon Little is the founder and CEO of Zentarai Labs. The company began with a near-fatal motorcycle crash on a Cebu road at night: no street lights, no signage for a sharp turn, no warning. The insight that followed was that AI should be fixing urban-planning failures before they hurt people. That insight is the entire company.
